How do I earn points?
Points can be earned by engaging in the following ways:
Create an account: 250 Points
Place an order: US$1 spent = 1 Point
Birthday gift: 300 Points
Follow on Instagram: 50 Points
Share on Facebook: 50 Points
Write a Review: 30 Points
*Please note: To receive your birthday points, make sure your birthdate is added to your profile at least 30 days in advance.
How do I redeem my points?
1. Log in to your account and open the Rewards Panel (bottom right corner).
2. Click on “Ways to Redeem”.
3. If you have enough points, click “Redeem”.
4. For incremental rewards, use the slider to choose how many points to redeem, then click “Redeem.”
5. A coupon code will be generated, click “Apply Code” to automatically use it.
Will my past orders count toward my level?
Yes! Your tier level is based on your total spending with DAISYSILK starting from January 1, 2025.
How do I level up to a new tier and keep it?
Your tier is based on your total spending during each calendar year, from January 1 to December 31. To maintain Superior status, you must spend at least $700 within the year; for Elite, the minimum is $2,500. If you don’t meet the required amount, your tier will be adjusted to reflect your total spend for that calendar year.
What rewards can I earn from referring a friend?
When your friend places their first order using your referral link, you’ll receive a $20 off coupon code via email, which can be used on your next purchase over $100.
Please Note: Referral rewards are valid for 6 months from the date you receive the email.
Will my collected points remain in my account if I cancel an order?
No. Points will be automatically deducted from your account once an order is cancelled.
What happens to my points if I return a product I redeemed with points?
If you return an item that was purchased using points, those points will be refunded to your account.
For multiple-item orders, points are proportionally distributed and refunded based on the returned items. Please allow 1–3 business days after the return is received for your points to be credited back.
Can I combine my DAISYSILK Rewards discount with another promo code?
Unfortunately, no. Rewards vouchers and discount codes cannot be combined in the same order.
