Silk Care :Traditionally, silk is hand wash and dry clean only. Ours are of the highest quality so they are machine washable, but they are still silk and need as much care as we can give them.

1.What courier you use to ship my item?
We use DHL, FeDex or TNT depending on your location.

2.Do I need to pay the duty?
All orders are shipped duty-paid to ALL parts of the world. If you get hit with a bill for import duty, send it to us and we'll pay it.

3. Once I placed my order, when can I expect to receive it?
Once your payment is confirmed, we will begin production right away which is usually finishes within 24 hours. All orders will be shipped out after that, and the shipping process itself normally takes 5-8 business days, depending on your location.

4.Is there any possibility to offer customer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $45 within each country.

Return time: Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Product conditions: To be eligible for a return, All items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return address: On any circumstance DO NOT send the products back to the shipping address on the package. The reason is simple, it will be shipped to a warehouse center and not to the office where we process returns.

Return charges: We will bear the return or exchange shipping fee for any defective items. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product and wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for return postage.

Other charges: There are no other charges.



Refund conditions: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it, Notify you that we have received your returned parcel and initiate a refund to you.

Method of refund: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal Account or Credit Card(to the original method of your payment).

Refund time: You will receive the refund immediately or within a certain amount of days, that depends on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs will be refunded together for any defective items. However, if you are not satisfied with the product and wish to exchange it, shipping costs are nonrefundable.
