We accept items for return or exchange within 60 days of your receipt of goods. 
Silk Care

Silk Care :Traditionally, silk is hand wash and dry clean only. Ours are of the highest quality so they are machine washable, but they are still silk and need as much care as we can give them.
-Professional Dry Cleaning Recommended
-Hand wash or Machine wash in lukewarm water (30°C) on the most gentle cycle available.
-Minimize spin time.
-Do Not Use Bleaches
-Do Not Tumble Dry
-Hang dry if possible, however, avoid direct sunlight exposure.
-Use neutral or special detergent for silk
-Keep out of touch of pets/sharp objects.

Returns


Return time: Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Product conditions: To be eligible for a return, All items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Contact info: Leave a message on Contact Us" page at the bottom of the site, or send us email to hello@daisysilk.com before sending out the parcel for faster and better customer service.

Return address: On any circumstance DO NOT send the products back to the shipping address on the package. The reason is simple, it will be shipped to a warehouse center and not to the office where we process returns.

Return charges: We will bear the return or exchange shipping fee for any defective items. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisified with the product and wish to exchange it you will be responsible for the return postage. 

Other charges: There are no other charges.

Refund conditions: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it, Notify you that we have received your returned parcel and initiate a refund to you. 

Method of refund: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal Account or Credit Card(to the original method of your payment).

Refund time: You will receive the refund immediately or within a certain amount of days, that depends on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs will be refunded together for any defective items. However, if you are not satisfied with the product and wish to exchange it, shipping costs are nontefundable.
